In an extremely rare case due to delays that are out of our control shipment of your order may be delayed thus making it not possible to meet our usual stated shipping times of 2-5 business days within Australia.  We can ensure you that in these rare circumstances everything possible will be done to get your order to you as soon as possible. You will receive notification of any delays via email to the email address provided with your order and a refund will be provided for any delay longer then 10 business days from the date of your order.
